Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any services agreement for a period of three (3) years, unless a separate non-disclosure agreement specifies otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zepapa Pte Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms, APIs, or software tools (such as Make.com, Xano, OpenAI, and others). Your use of such platforms is subject to their own terms of service. Zepapa is not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of any third-party service.
Payment terms, invoicing schedules, and accepted methods of payment will be specified in the applicable services agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within fourteen (14) days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
Either party may terminate a services engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Website at any time without notice. Provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
